All the boys went well enough again. Sam jumped another double clear, just picking up time faults in both the show jumping and cross country to add to his 32 dressage. Dingo’s test was not his greatest, deciding to take off half way through, he had a very annoying fence down in the show jumping but made up for it by flying round the cross country. He feels more than ready to upgrade to novice now. Herbie was in the Intermediate. He did a bit of a tense test, jogging in the walk did not help. He was then a little ball of elastic in the show jumping, he pinged round clear making it feel pretty easy. He flew round the cross country, he just had a very unfortunate trip up a step out of the water meaning he couldn’t get to the skinny, but came and jumped it perfect second time round. I was really gutted for him mainly, as he so did not deserve it and he flew the rest of the course. I was pleased with all of them, they are all feeling fantastic and ready to really crack on with the season ahead!
