I had a lovely start to the season, with both horses behaving brilliantly and giving me a lot to look forward too. Zamio did a good test, he was a little tight but not bad for his first one of the season, to score 36. He then jumped a fantastic double clear, just picking up 9 time faults. I am so pleased with his progress this winter and he would have finished 4th without those time faults. It was then Zandigo’s turn. He also did a good test to score 33. He too jumped a lovely double clear and finished 3rd. I was really proud of my boys and how much they have come on over this winter. They both could have done with some bigger fences, but they will have one more BE100 before moving up to novice.
