South of England

We had a very successful trip to South of England. It was a long old drive but well worth it in the lovely sunshine. The Undertaker, aka Herbie, was in top form. He did a good test, still with a few areas that could be worked on, to score a very respectable 32.7. He then showjumped well enough to jump one of very few clear showjumping rounds. The cross country was one of the toughest tracks he would have had to ever jump, getting very technical towards the end. So I was over the moon when he jumped clear, he went green in a few places, but will have learnt a lot from the whole experience. He picked up 10 time faults to finish a very creditable 4th place in a tough Intermediate section.
